If your SA has any idea when FW will be available to pre-order, I’d love to know too! Your SA seems awesome and well informed. Unfortunately I do need to sneak TPF info to “mine” like the SKU for the Luggage BB because he almost ordered me the Mini Luggage because he thought they were the same...I got so excited until he told me the price, which is when I realized he was talking about the Mini Luggage

Before knowing my actual SA it happened to me as well to meet SAs that were clueless: few of them asked me about TPF in order to search for infos.

FINALLY managed to pre-order the On The Go Tote reverse giant monogram (UK price £1560) M44576.
Oh my it is terrible with some of the online CA, some of them do not even try to help you, yesterday I got no help from one of them (and you could tell she wasn't even looking for the info) BUT thought I would give it a try again tonight, got a different CA this time and success, on the waitlist and apparently only a couple of people above me.
As much as I like to support my CA in store, to do a pre-order I have to pay in full upfront, at least doing it online, I only have to pay when the actual bag is ready to be shipped.
So he got back to me and said he ordered one on my behalf but the store itself is still “on a wait list” to see if it will be chosen to receive this bag...I have no idea what that means (this bag will be very limited due to being a runway piece?). I didn’t have to prepay so probably not a great sign but at least he was finally able to see the bag in the system!Haha! I am sure he will eventually find you the bag.

I preordered the geant reverse speedy! I am in love!!! It’s so different but still looks classic! I’m obsessed!!
