Hello, I purchased my LV almost 2 yrs ago. I have taken excellent care of it. I noticed on each side the canvas was like cracking. I went to the LV store with my receipt and she looked at it and said that it’s not supposed to do that. She then asked me if I wanted a new one!!! I was shocked ! She pulled out a new one and off I went. I’m so happy

I think LV has really stepped up its game in remedying problems, which is, after all, the point of a warranty. Glad you had a good result.
