Contacted my SA and I've decided to exchange my camel embroidered easy pouch on strap for the Diane as soon as he can get one in. It's just SO small! I'd love opinions on the Diane from those who have purchased or seen in person

I preordered and picked this up on Friday. I love it! Hated the guitar strap, but love the shorter vachetta strap. Keep in mind that it is the pretreated vachetta (similar to my lymington), so it is darker. The plus to that is, it perfectly matches my patina'd Turenne strap when I do want to wear it in a crossbody! I think I'll wear it with the shorter strap most often, though.

You're welcome! Please excuse my duplicate pics, my computer is acting weird today. I was also concerned that it would be too small and that it would be similar to my Favorite mm, a bag I use for shopping/dates. It isn't nearly as small. While I'm much more of a medium bag person (Graceful pm, etc...) I think the Diane is a great bag for travel, shopping, dates. It holds a lot more than a Favorite and can easily be an everyday bag for people who don't carry a ton of stuff. I carry a cosmetic pouch pm and a toiletry 19 daily, along with a full length wallet, so that it is too much for the Diane, but it can easily accommodate a full length wallet, sunglasses and a few other things due to it's width. I really like it! It's so classic.
The more I see this bag the more I like it! Very on trend with the 90s vibe but also classic
It looks so much nicer with your leather strap - I wish they'd just given us that one instead of the other. I don't have mine yet but ordered this bag with the pink canvas strap. It looks terrific on you, thanks for sharing the mod shots!
Reminds me of the Sologne, which I have and love! I'm loving the strap options.
I got it on Friday and love it. I also hate the long strap but love the short leather strap. It holds more than I expected. I am looking for a longer strap that I like as that will make it much more versatile.
Right, I compared it to my sister's Sologne. I'd always wanted one, but now I actually like the Diane a bit more. It seems more 'finished' than the Sologne. Something about the Sologne's strap I don't care for.

Thank you. You're so kind! The Turenne strap discovery was a complete accident, lol! I was changing from my Turenne to my new Graceful DE (which I purchased the same time as the Diane) and the Diane happened to be nearby. A happy accident!
It's a beautiful bag. I considered it for a while but I'm not a fan of the monogram print. I love it on you.

I love my Diane but have not started using it as I am saving to use it during the Lunar New Year. I am short, so I actually like to pair my Diane with the guitar strap for a more casual look, and it sits well at my waist area. The bag itself isn’t big, but it’s spacious enough to fit my needs (Rosalie coin purse, iPhone, pack of tissue, small sanitizer spray and a pack of wet wipes) and I like that it’s light and low maintenance (pre treated leather is yay).
