LV Damier Evora Canvas Cracking and Peeling

Thank you all. I do hope they do something since I have purchased a lot of LV from the boutique. Regardless if I purchased 100 items or just the 1 bag, that 1 bag was not inexpensive. I hope they realize that and want to keep an LV customer happy. I will let this forum know the outcome!
Just took some quick pics of older canvas and Damier. The small ellipse(I think) is around 11 years old. The speedy was my moms 32-33 years old, Bloomsbury damier 2 years old and papillon 10 years old all are perfect. The speedy was used all the time, papillon and eclipse not used in quite some time and Bloomsbury used often. A shame that I look at these and think what could have happened to my wife's evora. My wife and I have other monogram, Vernis and others that are all holding up fine. Hopefully Lv will take care of us regarding the evora.
Got a call from LV NY today. They never did an assessment of the bag until my wife called them. I guess they forgot.
Unreal.
Anyway I get a call and the girl tells me they can't offer any type of repair service. I said ok so what does that mean? I just get the bag and deal with it?
She said well we just can't do anything. It was an exchange back and forth and I just told her my wife will go pick it up because I don't have time to deal with this. I asked for her name and she said, "why do you need to know my name?"
I laughed and hung up on her. She called back and said she will send it to California for another assessment. I know their job in customer service isn't the easiest but she needs a bit more training.
I explained to her that she should have said this initially instead of telling me that my wifes other bags are a testament to the quality of LV canvas. I told her yes they have held up really well so that tells me the same material in the evora or the way the evora is made caused it to crack so badly. Can you not see this is some sort of manufacturing defect? It just went on again and again but I got her name and number to call her back now. She should have just did this from the start.
I am really not optimistic about the outcome. I do feel however I should get something. This was a pretty expensive bag for a non-leather LV product.
