Thank you all will keep this thread update with what LV decides to do.
They were very nice today and see I have bought many styles of Damier and all bags are rotated by my wife. They even said the bag looked brand new.
We left it at the store but I left with these! Lol last pair available.

Got a call from LV NY today. They never did an assessment of the bag until my wife called them. I guess they forgot.
Unreal.
Anyway I get a call and the girl tells me they can't offer any type of repair service. I said ok so what does that mean? I just get the bag and deal with it?
She said well we just can't do anything. It was an exchange back and forth and I just told her my wife will go pick it up because I don't have time to deal with this. I asked for her name and she said, "why do you need to know my name?"
I laughed and hung up on her. She called back and said she will send it to California for another assessment. I know their job in customer service isn't the easiest but she needs a bit more training.
I explained to her that she should have said this initially instead of telling me that my wifes other bags are a testament to the quality of LV canvas. I told her yes they have held up really well so that tells me the same material in the evora or the way the evora is made caused it to crack so badly. Can you not see this is some sort of manufacturing defect? It just went on again and again but I got her name and number to call her back now. She should have just did this from the start.
I am really not optimistic about the outcome. I do feel however I should get something. This was a pretty expensive bag for a non-leather LV product.
Anyway fingers crossed. I'm not looking for a handout, I would pay for repairs but I understand they can't on this material. Any gesture would go a long way in how I feel about purchasing LV products. Not just a, "here you go, enjoy the bag until it completely disintegrates attitude"
