Hello everyone, has anyone had this happen to theirs? This is my wifes and it's about 3.5 years old and she noticed it today. Seems severe.

Can anything be done to fix this? Thank you all.

Unfortunately no, nothing can be done to fix cracked canvas. You can try taking it in and hopefully LV will give you a credit for the cost of your bag. It's an older bag though so they might not. I'm sorry this has happened to your wife's bag. :(

From what Ive read on the forums LV doesnt do any repair on cracked canvas material. I would definitely bring it to the store and try talking to them. I dont think this is normal wear and tear on a 3.5 year old bag. For that price I would expect it to last longer. Was it purchased brand new or preowned?

If your bag is new or newish, bring it in - they will exchange.

There is no warranty on any leather good items. But if your item is fairly new, LV will exchange easily.

Good luck!

PS: I just realized you say 3.5yo... That may be more difficult.

Thank you all will keep this thread update with what LV decides to do.

They were very nice today and see I have bought many styles of Damier and all bags are rotated by my wife. They even said the bag looked brand new.

We left it at the store but I left with these! Lol last pair available.
