05 June 2021 Dropped of PS Mini at local boutique
21 June 2021 I received a call from the after-sales rep, mentioning the details of the repair and the cost
*Last week of August, I received a message saying my bag is ready for collection at the boutique, cost of repair us EUR 350 for the canvas replacement. I set an appointment to collect the item
30 August 2021 I arrived at my local LV boutique to collect the bag, only to be told by the manager that there has been a miscommunication and my bag is still in Paris. They said the workshop decided to replace the canvas of the entire top and the back. My running bill has since doubled. The manager apologized for the miscommunication (on the date and the extra work) and agreed to stick to our agreed price of 350 despite having more work done.
19 September 2021 I received another notif from LV that the bag is now ready for pick up
