I was also expecting the studs to be perforated through the leather for this premium price. I just hope the SA wasn't informed well. Not that I'm interested in this collection but I think we deserve more craftmanship then just some glued on studs.FoxyLv posted the price as USD 2340. I think the Twist pm is near 3500, and the Twists are always priced in their own category, so I don’t think the price of the Saumur bb will be so high. Hopefully!

Gotcha; TYSM! I only have a few canvas pieces in my collection and I have yet to get caught in the rain with them, so I wasn’t sure. That totally makes sense why you’d want to keep your collection small, as water-spotted vachetta would bother me too.You're totally right! Canvas is not the problem, I should have been more clearmy problem is the vachetta indeed
I just can't stand the idea of the vachetta getting water marks so I try to keep my canvas/vachetta collection as small as possible. Canvas itself is indeed super durable in rain!
I have definitely heard that epi leather is super durable, so it sounds perfect for your climate. Hope you get your epi beauty soon! 
Yeah that’s what I’m afraid of … hopefully the SA was just misinformed! Gluing then on seems a bit dubious, but hopefully they’re actually perforated through the leather, like in previous LV collections. I guess we’ll have to wait and see. I want a Nano studded like this; hopefully one day LV will create one. I think the new Constellation version is a little too flashy for me, but TBD.
