This is what I’m wondering as well! It currently has a medium amount of stiffness and its exterior is cotton so I expect it will soften a bit over time. I hope it doesn’t lose too much of its structure, but my initial impression is that it won’t get too slouchy.

Maybe a base shaper placed inside the bottom of the bag will help to slouch less overtime. Lovely tote!

Yes definitely! Or a bag organizer would work as well I think.

Yes, I have bag organizers in my NF and they don’t get slouchy. They do soften a bit, but all hold their shape.
