One of the designs that I do not hear that much about on TPF is the loving heart. The design has been around since the early 80's, and the x at the bottom is suppose to symbolize a kiss. The piece means kindness and friendship. So, for those of you who own a loving heart, please post pictures of your piece. I would love to see them! :yahoo:

Here are a few of my pieces:

My first: I was in college when I received this piece. During my winter break I worked for my father for six weeks. I ran errands, did secretarial work, etc. Instead of earning money during this time, my father allowed me to work for him in exchange for my first loving heart.

I've always like this line too. There used to be a ring that had the loving hearts going all the way around. I haven't seen it in a long time in 18k. It was a beauty.

Hi

I have the diamond loving heart pendant too! Love it, a very dainty piece, my hubbie gave it to me on my first birthday day of us being together :) Don't wear it much now as I just received the tiffany diamond circle pendant.

Great for layering with a longer necklace x

I'm not much of a heart person so I don't own one, but I really like that ring and the diamond one looks beautiful as well!
AntiqueShopper..you sure have one heck of a Tiffany's collection!!

I remember that ring! It was awesome! If anyone has one, please post pictures! :D

I agree. . . it is great for layering. Please post modeling pictures layered. I would love to see what you mix and match yours with.

You have a beautiful loving heart. I love how the diamond is in between the X.

The X was actually Picasso's first graffiti design. She initally did not want to make a heart (felt that many would think it is less sophisticated); however, when she found out hearts were popular, she decided to continue her X design to create the loving heart.

I love Tiffany and Co. Some of my info I get from books; other information comes from the internet. The majority of my information comes from the sales associates I use. I always ask about the history behind the pieces. :D
