Chelsea is the best SA ever! She's out of the Dallas store. I have not heard of anybody holding items for an out-of-state customer, let alone a newbie Hermes customer... But, she did! And I got my dream bag AND a big hug! :D

Cecilia and MacKenzie in the Denver store are just superb. No attitude, so friendly, and totally customer-centric. I can't say enough good things. When I go to the store Cecilia (my primary SA) shows me everything in the store that's interesting/she likes/is new, even if it is out of my price range, just for fun. Anything and everything gets pulled out of display cases, tried on, and touched. I can't recommend them enough.

Hello,
I will be visiting FSH and George V end of may. I have been a Hermes customer for about 5 years and have bought a Kelly and birkin from two different stores in the states. But these bags were purchased 4 yrs ago when they were available occasionally on shelves for walk in purchase. Ive also purchased a few pairs of shoes and other small leather goods. But again from different stores in the state so i have no on going relationship with an SA in one store :(
Anyway I would looove to purchase a bag in Paris. Pls pls can some one suggest the name of a nice SA in Paris. I am in search of a light colored kelly. Maybe even white w/PH. Thinking epson 35 sellier or 40 retourne. Ive looked for names of SA's in all the threads and have come up with a few names but not sure what department they are in or if they currently still work at Hermes FSH or George V. If anyone can help with info I would most appreciate as I will be sooo sad if I am unable to come back with a new lovely on my arm.

You really can't go wrong with any of the SAs at Manhasset right now. Evelyn, Maryam and Dale have been there the longest, I think. I have been going there for 10 years and I pretty much work with everyone, right now most especially Christine (SM), Lesley (great eye) and Evelyn (sweet, and remembers which scarves I have and which I want), but also the others (especially Maryam if you're into bracelets). If it's busy, any SA will do, really! If you have a question one of the newer SAs can't answer, they'll ask another.

Hello BBC,
Would you or anyone else happen to know if the Manhasset prices are more expensive since it is privately owned?
Also, do you think they would offer me a kelly on a walk in if I call in advance?

I grew up in Roslyn Estates (20 yrs ago) right by the Americana and it would be so nostalgic for me to buy a bag there. i used to go to swensens's (not sure what store is there now) and walbaumbs supermarket (last i was there now it's LV and Gucci) with my mom as a kid. The Americana wasnt always so ritsy :) anyway a little trip down memory lane for me :)
My regular store is BH but my sort of SA is telling me I still need to build my purchase history but I would much prefer to buy my next bag at American Manhasset anyway...

No, the prices are the same as the regular US prices. I remember Swenson's, too! I used to get the sundae with the face on it. :) it was Millie's for many years (where I met my husband on a blind date) and now it's Toku, which I guess could be described as Asian Fusion but is very very good, delicious food, and quite a scene at the evening hours or when they have an event. I'm not sure about the walk-in, though - Manhasset has a lot of regulars. If they have one, though, it's definitely possible. Let me know what happens!!

Thank you BBC! I will keep you posted. How sweet that you met your husband at the Americana :)
