I have a RG w/ 4 diamonds and plenty of little scratches.
I wear mine 24/7 and that means the gym 4 x wk, horseback riding 2 x wk, tennis, yoga, running, SUP, skiing...everything.
If the movement bothers you, a sweatband on the wrist will help...or long sleeves.
I was really aware of the movement at first while lifting weights, but I think I'd miss the feel of it on my arm now. It's become an automatic response to touch/move it when I pause between sets.
Yup just put a sweatband over it. If you are super worried about it though you can take it off. You have a LOVE cuff right?
