Yes, you are able to sleep with them on as they are very comfortable. I shower with them and don't plan to take them off unless I am switching to another pair of earrings.

You can see in one pic how it is raised at an angle when placed against the flat surface.
Also, as you can see, there is a distinct left and right earring side. I can only hope I’m wearing them on the correct sides as I ordered online and can only use my best judgment!

Chaton - Our SA suggested using the free engraving service to put a little 'R' and 'L' on the back of each earring so you can quickly tell which is which. Works great for putting them on in a hurry!

That’s a great idea. I have a few pairs of earrings that either have L or R.
I don’t unfortunately, but they are pretty solid and don’t feel light and flimsy like most gold hoops.
I went on the website to buy a pair and the only style they have is the pink gold, no yellow or white. Does anyone know if this is something they restock, or are they gone for good? I don't know how Cartier and their website work so I'm hoping they will come back but I don't know?
