Perfectly normal, it would be neigh impossible to have perfectly lined up screws. It's the reason that Audemars Piguet uses a nut and bolt system with screws to have perfectly alignment on the front but note that rear-scew side is misaligned.

I recently purchased a 4-diamond YG Love bracelet. I screwed mine on and the screws don't align with the rest of the bracelet at all (http://i.imgur.com/Gn2bsEph.jpg, http://i.imgur.com/uzuKwIRh.jpg). Is this normal or should I be concerned? Thanks!

I'm shocked no one pointed out that I don't believe (actually I'm one hundred percent sure) this bracelet isn't authentic Cartier. The screw looks nothing like mine In any way

The engravings don't appear to be very deep either.

Actually you're right. I purchased it on eBay and about a week or so ago I found out it wasn't authentic and returned it (long story short). I ended up purchasing one directly from Cartier because I didn't want to deal with that again.

It was pretty good. I didn't get any special gifts or anything but the SA was nice, talkative, and said "congratulations" as I was walking out... lol.
