Love Bangle owners: how long without taking it off?

Am I the only person here who puts it on and off all the time. Might be because I just have it but I feel weird if I have to wash some dishes while wearing a €3500 bracelet and putting it in the dirty water. :p

i have had mine 2 years this past valentine's day, and the ONLY time i have ever taken it off was to get it polished one time.

otherwise, it has never been off my wrist for more than 25 minutes (the time it took to have it polished by my jeweler).

i'm used to it and tbh, i would feel naked without it. i won't even remove it when i travel knowing full well that i'll have to be wanded while going through security (because it always beeps).

if you think you'd want to remove it on a regular basis, then i would recommend the cuff and not the bangle. i have heard that if you repeatedly remove the bangle, you can strip the screws and thus causing it to be loose. or maybe not, but it kind of defeats the whole purpose of having the bangle if you're going to continually remove it.

20 years really! wow..... btw do you guys take it off/put on yourselves or go to the store and have them do it? especially those who wear them on their dominant hands

when i took mine off to have it polished, i removed it myself (since i am left handed and wear it on my right wrist), but when i put it back on, i was adament on having my husband screwing it on again (like he did the first time).

he thought i was a geek, but i made him do it regardless. ;)

^^I think that's sweet that your husband put it back on (like the first time)......the Cartier SA told me that the bangle was meant to keep on and the screws could most definitely get stripped with it being put on and off. Hoping to order a RG one very shortly - the rose color was amazingly subtle. Loved it.

Yes, I heard that the screws or the threads will not work as well if you keep taking it off and putting it back on. I've had mine on for a few years now. I took it off to get carpel tunnel surgery two years ago and I have to say, my wrist felt nice and light for a week. lol

thanks!!!

i also have the rose gold bangle and i love it. i have a pink hue to my skintone and i think it really accentuates it. you will love it.

I've had mine almost a year and have never taken it off - I just get wanded when I go through airport security (it doesn't always go off - but I'd say 60-70% off the time it does).
