Thank you for your reply. I sent a message to my SA but no reply. Yes I will definitely try a cobbler if LV won't repair or will charge more then I want to pay. This bag is stunning! I have nothing like it. I wish I never seen it as I keep thinking about it. Hahaha
Hi Debbie, old post, ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜†. Just curious, did you end up buying one? โ˜บ๏ธ

Hi there! Yes, I actually put it on reserve at FP and then later decided I didn't love it like I thought I would. It did have the sticky handle glaze going on. It wasn't bad but it was there. I spoke to the LV SA and she told me it would be free of charge as its a defect on that bag so I could have gotten it all fixed for free but just decided I did not want it bad enough to pay about $3k for it. FP waived the reserve return fee for me since it was my first "offense". Lol. Are you going to get it? I say just make sure the red cow hide fur is not balding or damaged. At that time LV wasn't as strict if you were not the original owner or not. I'm not sure about now. Worse case scenerio you'll have to pay for the reglaze or new handles. Also the red glaze I notice did get on some of the vachetta. That wasn't the case on the bag I was going to get but I did see it on other bags.

Aw, thank you for the quick reply. I planned to get one. It has an issue, but the price is around 1k due to the issue. But the point about the cowhide is a good one. Would you take a moment to look at the listing if it's okay? I'm an amateur crafter, and I can fix the glazing if LV wouldn't do it himself. Thank you, dear. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜˜

Oh i saw your PM first and replied back already. After I replied, now I see this message! Lol

That's so great that you may be able to tackle it yourself! :) I had the same issue with my Speedy Empreinte and fixed my sticky handle mess myself! I saved $390 and it only cost me about $5 in materials. Lol :)
