This is just terrible! LV will never accept this as a defect as they will have to recall a large chunk of all bags they have sold the last few years. I don’t see any bag with folded corners escape this fate. Flawed design!

Can you upload pictures of your artsy? The Corners kind of drap and not folded sharply so that’s surprising
Folded corners are a b!tch. If you buy a bag with them, you have to accept that it’s going to happen. It sucks because these bags are so expensive and they should last longer but it’s easier to just accept the inevitable.
I wanted to update this thread bc I just got full credit for my Tuileries Hobo with fully cracked corners that had turned into holes. I forgot to take pictures before returning it so I don’t have photos, but all four corners had cracked and turned into dime-sized holes. I bought it in Maui in March 2017 and took it into the Nashville TN store a few days ago (Sept 2019). I had been holding off sending it in bc I wanted to be there in person when it was evaluated and I don’t have a local LV store in Upstate NY.
I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The manager states that it was a defect that I shouldn’t accept. They gave me full credit for what the purse is sold for now (which was about $300 more than I paid in Maui when it was a new release). Since this is my everyday purse, they recommended I go into leather instead of canvas bc the canvas won’t last as long. I spent more but am thrilled with the leather Surene MM I replaced it with. If the store you go to first won’t work with you, take it to another. Good luck!

The bag was purchased 2 years ago and all 4 corners have holes. I reached out to LV and have to wait 1-2 weeks to hear if they will issue a credit.

Omg! I planned buying a preloved Tuileries hobo! Year 2020 began loving LV which for the longest time been hating the LV bags because of its price & it’s common monogram designs where you see everywhere & cant even distinguished fake from real. But now, I’m loving it because of this Tuileries hobo, but reading these comments about it makes me disappointed. I really like it & it would really make me feel bad if wont be able to get hold of it. Since this Lv has been discontinued, I have no choice but to buy preloved. Should I stop aiming for one? What are your thoughts?
I have many LV bags and use them a lot and have never had a bag with that kind of wear....I would get it...
Well I finally reached out to online store. I recognize I am I’ve the 3 year mark. I don’t live near a store. I pray they help me with such poor craftsmanship. I sent them these pics. It’s been stored in my closet for the past 2 years and not used.

My mom bought hers in 2017. This bag is hardly used because she's good about rotating her bags. Yesterday she discovered these dark marks on the hoops that connect the strap to the bag. It's stored in a dust bag just like all her other LV bags. This is the only one with a hardware issue. The rest of the bag is in excellent condition. We emailed LV today. We'll see what they say.
