I suppose it is probably to protect the CAs privacy, but its a bit annoying that you cannot call a store directly, and when you call client services they won't tell you if a certain CA still works at a store :rolleyes: If this particular CA did still work at the store I'm visiting next week, I would've planned my trip around when she's working, oh well.
With that said, anyone know a good CA at Michigan Ave in Chicago?

I looked on the site and tried to call the Hudson Yards store which apparently is the one store in NYC that has the refill station but no one answered and it transferred to customer service. A lovely CSR said she would try to get someone to call me but I’m thinking it got lost in the system.

I saw someone on Reddit who said they managed to get a refill and their S.A. said there were some left. I replied asking if they wouldn’t mind sharing details but haven’t heard anything so I thought I would try my luck here.
