I haven't lived in Chicago for over a year now...and she had retired and then come back from retirement the last time I saw her...but if Suzanne still works there, she is incredible. She is french and has a beautiful accent, her love for the brand is so deep, and she has worked there for years!

I love when SAs truly love the brand, it makes it so much more than just a sale….
