I do, but I was underwhelmed with this SA, to say the least. She wasn’t familiar with the ordering process and I had to initiate follow-up (i.e. sending me my order confirmation). I had asked for the bag to be shipped to me but I actually ended up picking it up at the store. I didn’t even receive any notification that it arrived even after I sent several texts asking for a status update when it was past the projected delivery date — I had to call the general LV number and they told me the bag was at the store.
I would call the service non-existent and a sign of a really poor SA. I like to work with SAs who approach me and give me great service despite me looking like I can’t afford anything in their store (about my only giveaway are my shoes and my watch, which is generally hidden by my jacket sleeves and even then platinum looks very much like stainless steel at a glance). It’s how I’ve found great SAs at Hermes, VCA, Dior, etc…
