I only shopped there once. I bought my crossette bag there. I could not recommend any sales- person there. Now if you were heading up to las vegas I would recommend Nicole at the Wynn.

Marie Laure at LV Montaigne in Paris. Absolutely phenomenal. She was able to source hard to find bags for me and lined up an appointment.

I was in and out of the store in about 45 minutes, while others who didn't have an appointment had to wait 1.5 hours
