I also posted on shopping thread but haven’t gotten response, not sure how much traffic the thread gets.
Does anyone have a contact at the Beverly Hills Rodeo Dr store?
Is there usually a long line to get in? (Fall back plan is to ask a relative to go to the store, if the line is not terribly long)

I was there yesterday and it wasn’t terrible. The check in process was simple…you scan the QR code on their sign then fill out the form, the associate checking in will verify and then give you the number of customers in front of you. I think there was about 18 ahead of me and it took about 30 mins. You are able to leave so it’s no big deal.

Can anyone provide an SA contact info who can take or is willing to work with clients over the phone? I live 8 hours from a boutique and i find client services really hit or miss.
