For a louis vuitton multicolor keepall in white
Can they replace the brass corners?
And if the pockets have some discolouration can this be fixed?

They most probably can replace the corners. But they won't touch the canvas.
My guess is that the corner repair will be quite pricey since the lining needs to be removed.

I could repair my Alma BB but I think it really depends on the relationship you have with your SA

Yes-I just had the lining and top binding replaced on a used bucket GM. Was all done via the LV app (submit repair request and photos), then a follow up phone call appt to review the estimated cost to repair. Mail the item in, and the whole process is tracked in the app. It was very easy. Bag came back in a Louis Vuitton box and dust bag like it was a new purchase.

How much was it? Planning to do this as well. Thanks
