According to my store manager, that’s part of it. LVMH cut their revenue forecasts significantly due to the slowed Asian market.LV has not have a price increase for awhile. All blame to the Coronavirus outbreak!
Go away COVID-19!
It a concerning virus for sure. I don’t want to catch even if I have health insurance. LOL
But my job deals with mail sorting. I’m scared of the daily foreign mail incoming in the warehouse.
My husband is a package driver and he's terrified of catching it too! Basically everything comes from China or Amazon (which is pretty much the same thing lol).
The stocks keep dropping too so it all ties into this horrible coronavirus outbreak. Everyone keeps spreading more fear also which doesn't help either.
Asia is one of their core markets so most designers are probably taking a hit. But damnnn did not expect COVID to also affect my luxe shopping habits.

I ran to South coast plaza yesterday because of the price rumors and because I had a store credit but my sales associate acted like I was almost ridiculous for even asking about the rumored price increase. That was the 2nd time that I've dealt with her in a month and I got an almost annoyed vibe from her. A lot of people always talk about how they love their SAs, so if anyone has a good recommendation for someone at South coast plaza, please let me know. I would like to try someone new.
ive tried the new perfume but would think that it's not as nice as coeur & attrape.
UGH. I'm thinking about going to LV tomorrow to try the new perfume Heures d'Absence. I really don't need another LV perfume - but that hasn't stopped me before! Already have Cœur Battant, Attrape-Rêves, and Mille Feux
The LV store at SCP is the closest to me but I always get a bad vibe from the SAs every time I'm there! They have an attitude problem and definitely need to learn better customer service
Thanks for this! My plans for the day have changed a bit and not sure I can make to to LV - hopefully the fragrance itch will pass when the price increases. Three scents - all over 3/4 filled - feels like more than enough for now!
