Question if a bag is supposed to be discontinued like the Odeon pm why the bag be increased?

So when someone with a defect Odeon walks in they can issue the credit based on the appropriated value.

I´m a bit sad to experience my first global price increase at LV . Although the price increase of the Speedy B 25 is only 40€ it is now > 1000€ . Oh well...I should definitely get it before the next price increase.

Pochette Metis Mono did increase on US website. I purchased mine in Oct 2017 for $1,780. Price today shows $1,830. Hopefully, they will stop producing defective bags.

oh wow. I returned a speedy 25 in epi about two weeks ago and asked my SA to hold a couple bags so that I can decide what I should have. I was thinking about the Melie in empriente or the felicie in the same leather. That's not good.

The Pochette Felicie in canvas went from $995 to $1030. Not Chanel-style increases so I guess we can't complain.

Honestly I don't think it's much of a stretch to see canvas inching towards $2K. I remember when the Neverfull came out and they were in the $700-$800 range. Now they are $1200-$1400. Granted that is over a period of 11 years, but still a significant increase.

Some canvas bags are already over 2k?? I did state within a couple of years is a stretch on a speedy. Yes I am well aware what they cost in previous years - sad very sad indeed.

Favorite MM - $985 to $1020 (+ $35 or 3.6%)
Speedy Bandoliere 25 - $1370 to $1430 (+ $60 or 4.4%)
Neverfull MM - $1260 to $1320 (+ $60 or 4.8%)

Stayed the same:
Pochette Metis - $1830
Palm Springs Backpack Mini - $1940

I bought the Monogram Noe GM last week for $1440. Today it's $1590. I didn't know about the price increases until yesterday. I'm sure glad I was able to catch one in stock!
