No. I m good.Uh-oh. This thread is gonna turn quick! LOL.
Not to sure about that. . .yeah, then 80% of people may just go buy the super fakes, can't tell the difference anyway![]()
You brought the epi alma B.B. in noir. Congrats! Not to sure about that. . .

I think the people who buy fakes buy it regardless if there is a price increase and people who don’t buy fakes won’t buy regardless of price increase. Some may not buy because it’s no longer affordable but I don’t think it will cause those of us who don’t buy fakes to suddenly buy them.
many of them will, just look at Chanel, when it's price increased to nearly $6000 after tax for a medium flap while a super fake is under $600, and you can't tell the difference that's why the authenticators don't even authentic new Chanel just by pictures anymore, that just tell us, when profit is so huge for counterfeiters, they would make the bag look exactly like the authentic ones (and quality could be even better), $600 vs. $6000 to 80% of people the choice is obvious. Just make an example.I think the people who buy fakes buy it regardless if there is a price increase and people who don’t buy fakes won’t buy regardless of price increase. and I agree with you, of course there are people would never buy fake, many may go to second hand, but then again, when the super fakes are that well made, how can you tell? when super fakes are that good, they are just as good as the authentic ones or should I say the "original" ones. And who knows, maybe many of us just carrying super fakes around and unaware of it. Even we buy new from store can't 100% sure either, LV stores take back bags people returned or exchanged (I saw them take bags back many times), who knowns maybe super fakes mixed in there.
We can't fake cars, houses, but bags, humm, to the end, just bags
P.S I have not purchased fake bags not that I don't want to, just have no need to since I still can afford the bags I wanted.![]()
I highly disagree with you here my dear. Many of your points are just a little out there sorry. Quality being better than the real deal? Not being able to tell the difference? LV taking back fakes and reselling? People resorting to replicas because of a price increase? Yes just a bag at the end of the day but not a replica bag. . . In essence if one wants something bad enough they will figure out how to obtain it - price increase or not. Does not push any one really to buy a replica. Especially someone who has owned the real thing. Those buying replicas have always bought replicas. Well I guess this is a tad off topic.many of them will, just look at Chanel, when it's price increased to nearly $6000 after tax for a medium flap while a super fake is under $600, and you can't tell the difference that's why the authenticators don't even authentic new Chanel just by pictures anymore, that just tell us, when profit is so huge for counterfeiters, they would make the bag look exactly like the authentic ones (and quality could be even better), $600 vs. $6000 to 80% of people the choice is obvious. P.S all what I was trying to say is company needs to make a balance for the price of the products they sell.
You know LV has not done an overall price increase in years. I have been informed that it really is a piece by piece selection. The more popular most wanting bags will continue to hike and the new releases are just going to be priced accordingly.Interesting discussion, but does anyone have wind on incoming price changes? Or is it true that LV Is no longer disclosing that info to even the SA's, and just increases the cost by-item?

I wouldn’t worry about it. Threads like these pop up every now and then or get revived causing unnecessary panic.Thank you for the confirmation; I thought that was the case, but needed an answer from someone who has a store nearby. I do wish there is some kind of logic, where we can reasonably predict which items are going to be increased; seems like the price for the Neverfull GM hasn't really changed in the last year or two?
