I called around and asked a few stores in my area. Mono is available now in the U.S. for order and is $875+tax. Vernis is available in October and will be $1020+tax, also available for special order.

Based on measurements I think it's smaller than the Pochette NM but bigger than the emilie wallet. It's just so hard to know with limited info, which makes me even more interested! Hahaha!
I think the chain is completely detachable, unlike Eva, and you can add your own...

I sold my mono Eva but kept my DE one. I bought a favorite mm earlier this year but I still think I really really want this! I still have the vachetta strap from my Eva (even though it's a dark honey patina) that would be perfect! I am going to text my SA tomorrow and see if she can fill me in!

Saturday I saw this clutch in mono at the LV store (Europe). I didn't really like it, so I didn't ask to try it. This clutch is quite large and I find it a bit too rectangular.
If the price mentioned here is correct, you do get a lot for your money. And the detachable chain is definitely a huge advantage. But I still prefer the shape of the Eva or the Favorite.

At the store, it looked a lot larger than the pochette (I don't have the new version, so I'm comparing it to the old pochette). The height is about the same, but it look wider and bulkier than the pochette.
Available in Vernis Amarante too! Saw them in store last Saturday. I liked it. It looks heavy, ofcourse because it's canvas, very light! The chain doesn't look cheap to me. It's just too small to be of any use to me.
Even without the inserts, I can't put much on it. A key holder would not fit with a smartphone. If you can live with putting keys in your pocket, this might work.

I talked to an SA from the 800 number and she said that they are available. There are 18 in the U.S. at this time. She didn't know a whole lot on it. I then talked to an SA from my store and she said they are structured and the chain is longer than the Eva. They did not have one in store. I decided not to order until I see it in person. I have a mon mono on order so when that comes in I'm going to call and see if she can transfer one to my store.
