So there's not supposed to be thick glazing like the sarah pictured here (found this picture on eBay)? There's always flakes coming off of the sides when I hold it.

The glazing on the zippy is not as thick as the sarah. Look at the pics of the zippy on the LV website. But if it's coming off then you should exchange.

Anyone know if the zippys are hard to find in Paris? I'll be there in a couple of days and the turquoise one would be a fantastic souvenir. There was one in my local LV last weekend - if I had known how popular they were, I would've snatched it up then!

I already had the V Charm and cosmetic pouch in grenade. I then decided to get the Turquoise V Charm
I called client service only to be told no there's no more. The next day I emailed another client service SA (I don't live near a store) that I had previous communication with and he sourced one within two hours - glad I kept trying !!!

Try calling the Berlin boutiques. I got mine from KaDeWe 2 1/2 weeks ago. My SA at Kadewe said they only just received it a week before I bought mine. They had it at the Ku'damm boutique also and it didn't seem like it was sold out as I saw a few on display.

I didn't jump on the turquoise cosmetic pouch and am now regretting it I just talked to LV and they have 1 left at the NYC store in case anyone's interested! I'd have it transferred but the closest store to me is 2 hrs away, whomp whomp.

That's not true about the waiting list at least not all of Germany, but I guess it depends on your Boutique and the SA. At Kadewe, if I want something that isn't in stock, the SA takes my contact information and I'll get an email that same week, sometimes just 2 days later, saying they just received it in stock and have one reserved for me. Very reliable service.

Well, either way, I hope you are able to get one!
