well I went to a LV store today, but I don't know if I can spend 465 yet thats why I was kind of hoping my first would be cheaper and I could ease into the rest . starting off big scares me instead of working upwards, if that makes any kind of sense

The Marco Wallet is the "it" wallet for many reasons. It has two bill compartments, a coin compartment and a decent four credit card slots. Plus, it has the shape of a square and might be able to fit in your pocket. If you are not fond of a coin compartment, then I suggest a Multiple Wallet will do you just fine.

^ Oh, really? That's cool, I thought that the azur line was strictly for women's products only, much like the graphite is only available in the men's range. I've seen men wearing the azur belt but I thought they were just rocking the women's one.

LV DOES have lines for specific genders (Damier Azure-Women, Macassar-Men, Damier Infini-Men, Monogram Vernis-Women...), you get the idea, however, I've seen both genders rock everything off the shelf that wasn't marketed toward them. I think part of the beauty of this brand is that you could potentially use something even if it wasn't made for your gender (because it could, in fact, fit in your lifestyle).

My son has been using the same Gucci billfold for almost six years now. Therefore, I am considering purchasing him a Louis Vuitton wallet. I know that he will use it for a long time and that is exactly why I am leaning towards Louis Vuitton. Since he only puts his ID, university card, credit card and debit card in the wallet, I thought it would be better to get him a Marco Wallet rather than a Florin wallet, especially because the Marco Wallet has two slots for bills. I know he needs a coin compartment because his current wallet does not have one. Whenever we receive a bill from somewhere with coins, he always tells them to keep the change. Whenever I ask him why, he replies "I do not have a place for coins in my wallet and I am not keeping them in my pocket". Alright, should I get the Marco Wallet in Monogram Canvas, Damier Ebene or Damier Graphite?

Here are my pros and cons for each line, but I still cannot decide. Nothing says classic Louis Vuitton like Monogram Canvas. However, with all the replicas running around, everyone will look at you and think "fake". I am also wondering if the Monogram is a bit feminine for men. As I woman, I do not think so, but I do not know what you men think. As for the Damier Ebene, it is the Monogram with a new, modern and classy take. I like the squares, but what I like most is the colour, Louis Vuitton brown. Personally, whenever I buy myself a handbag from Louis Vuitton, I always get it in Monogram or Damier Ebene, just for the colour. Again, do you think Damier Ebene, a brown wallet, is feminine? I do not think so. Perhaps the Monogram is a little outdated, but not Damier Ebene. I am interested into hearing your thoughts anyway. Okay, then there is Damier Graphite, a line made exclusively for men. Again, I adore the squares, but what I like most about it is the fact that it is black and there are not as many counterfeits out there. His current wallet is black with the Gucci logos and a red and green line. You know, classic, simple, minimalistic Gucci.

I have been contemplating this for days, so I took him to Louis Vuitton two days ago. I told him that we were going to choose a wallet to buy for a business associate and I needed a man's opinion. Immediately, we both agreed on the Marco Wallet being more ideal and all. When it came to choosing the line, he feared that the 'man' would not use the Monogram for many guys having an opinion that it is feminine and said "it just looks like a fake to me". With Damier Ebene, he liked it, but thought that it might be considered a little feminine and did not know if the 'man' would use it as an everyday wallet, probably getting tired of it in about a year. However, he said "I like the colour brown for a Louis Vuitton product the best". He also liked the design on the Damier Graphite and thought it was going to last. However, he was not too sure about getting a black wallet from Louis Vuitton. Therefore, I think it will be either the Damier Ebene or Damier Graphite.

Please share your thoughts by considering the good and bad of having either.

Yeah i know, i had the same question mark, however called the Montreal store today, she said she had one left in inventory, might be discontinued??

The marco wallet in Azur was in production up until 2007 when it was discontinued, I was looking for one last year and my SA couldn't find one anywhere! You are very luck to have one! :D

I visited the store atleast 2 times a week for over a month before buying my first piece (and it was a wallet). I worked hard and saved up for it and it is now in my possession. If it's your first piece I'd so go in multiple times and have a look at all potential wallets. Look online do some research. Now I have the 6 credit card billfold and a pocket organiser. Search "matthewlikeslv" on youtube for reviews - it may help you with your decision :D

Actully I dont have it anymore, sold it like 6 months ago hehe, but never saw Anyone with the same during the time I had it

As far as I'm aware, the bare minimum LV store sell is bags, luggages, belts and wallets. Just go to LV website -> store locator, and check the store you have in mind, it'll tells you what they sell in that particular store.
