I had always wanted a monogram leather Speedy. I did not buy it as an investment. This is one I will keep for lifetime. I can't really say if you would get your money back. I do know that the resale market is really down now. I did see one Monogram P9 25 on Fashionphile that I am certain the seller did not get close to what they paid for it. On the other hand, they had hot stamped/personalized the luggage tag, and the hardware looked pretty scratched up. I think like me, you take really good care of your bags and rotate often. I'm sure yours would not look like that one did.

My CA has told me that the turquoise will take some time to come in. In the meantime, I don't think I will go for that one. The prices of the P9's make my eyes water!

I just received my p9 in the 40 size in regular brown monogram. It is so big and soft and beautiful.

I am on the list for turquoise 25 but my SA knows I’ve been thinking about a regular monogram 40 and offered me the p9 in regular monogram.
I am not necessarily looking at resale as it will be a personal collection piece for travel and long work days. But if I had to sell I would want to get my money back at the least.

I have a brown monogram 40 p9. It’s soft, large and in charge! Love it!

Am I the only one who is upset with Pharrell thinking men all want to carry tiny woman's purses around little pink tote bags. His only briefcase creation was a bag that looked like a birkin. Louis Vuitton now offers very few briefcases. I visited the 57th St store last week and not a single briefcase was on display. Lots of tiny purses and some sling bags and backpacks. Under Pharrell,LV has abandoned completely the traditional male customer. I live in NYC and have never seen a guy carry one of these little LV purses so I don't know who they're made for. Men still carry briefcases and LV has abandoned thT customer. Nicholas Ghesquerie continues to design gorgeous,classy,stylish clothing and bags for women. I've loved LV for years and it saddens me I can no longer find anything I would want to buy

Pharrell took the women's speedy and crossed it over to the men's side but didn't give longer length on the straps. Extremely tall men looks ridiculously funny with these short strap length bags. I'm disappointed that LV is not producing more handbags in the damier ebene print. For me I'm over the heavy logos and name splattered across the front of a bag that I would have normally purchased.
