I love my Sac Coeur. It is kind of a hassle because it's not one long zipper. The top of the heart has two zippers, so it does take longer to zip and unzip. However, if you unzip both sides the opening is wide, so no problems for me getting my things. I don't have a problem with the zipper scratching my hand. I use one hand to open the bag wider and use my other hand to grab my items on the inside.

Is it just me or is it especially hard for those of us who live in Hawaii to get our hands on pieces we want because our SAs can't pull from stock available at mainland stores. I was really surprised when concierge told me that mainland stores can't ship to Hawaii:shocked:
