Are you in Hawaii? The SAs in Hawaii aren't allowed to ship out of state. I always have my SA place the order. I find it much easier. Sometimes, if items can't be ordered he just grabs it for me when it comes to the store.

I had my heart set on that bag. I was so disappointed when I found out that it was a China exclusive. Luckily, they had leftover stock and my CA got one for me.

Thank you so much, MeepMeep! I'm just grateful to my CA for getting me all my pieces. I tell him all the time if you can't get something that's ok. I'm just happy that he's nice to me and responds to my texts.
