The prices are set. What I meant is they are low no discounts but prices are definitely cheaper in Hawaii. The tax is really low.Hello,
Planning a trip to Hawaii this summer and I was wanting to visit a LV store. Does anyone if the discount applies to all canvas items or only certain items - as I am looking to purchase a OTG tote from there (hoping to take advantage of the discount).
Thank you!

Also they go really fast. Out of stock quite a bit. Also - not sure if this is the right place (or if I should post in the SA recommendation thread), but does anyone maybe know the price of the regular mono OTG GM tote in Hawaii (Oahu) versus mainland? Debating if I should just wait for the upcoming Hawaii trip I have or if it's not much different price-wise, I may just purchase it here in CA.
Thank youuuuu
I’d love your SA’s info. Will you please PM me?Hi everyone!
I live in Honolulu and frequent the Ala Moana Shopping Center location, which is the largest mall in the state. The prices here are 10% cheaper than on the mainland. Our tax rate is 4.8%. My SA at the Ala Moana location is the best. He always sources all my bags for me. Let me know if you want his contact info. Email me at [email protected] with LV SA in the subject line.

On Oahu we have three LV locations located within 10 minutes of each other. The biggest would be at Ala Moana Center, which is the biggest mall in the state. They usually have the most inventory. The one at Hilton Hawaiian Village is a smaller boutique. I was at the Ala Moana one last week and saw the OTG Hawaii one displayed.Hi all -- I got back from Honolulu a few days ago and just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else had the same intentions as me. First of all, like everyone on here has said, the prices were 10% lower, with a relatively low sales tax (around 4.7%) so that was great -- but the flip side to that was that there was hardly any stock! I went to the Gump's Building location, on Kalakaua Ave, which is right in the heart of Waikiki Beach. I went twice and had to inquire about a dozen different styles before they had something in stock that I wanted. Also, I was very disappointed to hear that they're no longer doing special pieces -- I've seen adorable Mini Pochettes and Neverfulls with Hawaii logos that I was really hoping for, but the SA told me those are long gone. They will be offering an OnTheGo with 'Hawaii' written on it (which will also be offered at a bunch of other resort cities) but that's it.
