My speedy 20 I ordered through an Insta CA just moved to preparing! I’m so excited! I feel like I’ve been waiting ages. I will admit that I was a victim of FOMO and bought the denim shawl, micro Alma, and mirror charm but came to terms with the fact that even though they were cute, they didn’t really fit my lifestyle.
Denim shawl: was amazingly soft, but the loose weave made me nervous. I would never be able to wear this and enjoy it without having the worry that it might get ruined.
Micro Alma: it was just slightly too small to fit my keys and I don’t feel great about paying $1000 for a bag charm when I already own a couple of other cute charms that also need love.
Mirror charm: the clasp was slightly too small to hook onto some of my non-LV bags, and it was too matchy matchy with on the brown of my LV bags. Plus, the cherry charm on it was rubbing against the mirror and canvas too much for me. I honestly wish LV stuck to a printed design for this one.
I do genuinely love all of the Murakami drops, but at the end of the day they are too expensive to not enjoy using!

I'm a little late to say: I was in the ATL airport that night too, coinkidink, and having just gotten back from that trip last night (and being STRANDED overnight on my return trip; that's the second time Delta has done this to me so I have learned to hate the ATL airport with a VENGEANCE) I inherently know exactly how she said that. LOLI was in the ATL airport last night wearing my cerises Speedy 20 when someone got really excited, and she was like OMG YOUR BAG! IS IT COACH? IT'S COACH RIGHT?!
I will say: On my trip I did see one of those Coach cherry tote bags being carried out in the wild by a girl going into my hotel, and it IS cute. We were in Vegas in January for a husband-related convention, and on the way to our elevator bank in the Venetian Palazzo we passed a Coach store. It was closed, but I saw the cherry bags on display through the window, laughed with the cuteness of them, and he surprised me the next day with the smallest/cutest, a little tiny leather hobo croissant shape. It's about the size of the tiny Mini Speedy from the MC release. My snobbery sort of auto-deployed about the price difference between Coach and LV (also "HAVEN'T YOU LISTENED??? MURAKAMI CERISES ARE COMING!!!!"), but it IS a really cute little well-executed pattern with a little sparkle applied for oomph.
It's always insulting to be confused by the masses for a cheaper product, so I definitely understand ". . . no . . . this is LOUIS" moments, but I can appreciate both beautiful things on my purse shelves. LOL
Honestly the girl said it with such love and excitement simply for the design that I couldn’t have been mad at all! There’s something pure about just loving a design and not caring about the label (sadly for my bank account I am not equipped with that ability).

I reached out to my CA again to get a status update. I have the monogram bandeau and the black MC so if the ETA is much later than expected, I might need to cancel the order.
I just got a reply from my CA, it should arrive some time this week so hopefully I have it next week. I would think it would be the same timeline for you if you're in the US.
Yeah.. I totally understand.. I have a few things pending on my end too. And for some reason I tried to cancel one of the items that has been on POV and my ca told me she couldn't cancel it. That I had to wait until I receive the item and then return it. Super frustrating. POV since mid June.
