Hello Purseforum

I'd like to purchase set of lotus OR frivole in white gold. Budget is tight so I'll buy necklace this year, and earrings next year ....

What would you pick? I have alhambra vintage in pave earrings + necklace. I'd like something super eye catching (I need ppl to know I'm wearing something expensive 😅)

Something I could dress up in red carpet (even though it never happens and If I'm lucky, I wear them to date with the husband. .but you got my point)

I'm very matchy matchy but I cannot own all three sets lol 😅 thanks

I would get an earring and ring combo for more impact. I go to a lot of black tie events for work and I find the necklines never work with necklaces. You could do earrings and bracelet too. I personally don’t find pendants as dressy. On which style, they are both blingy and would work well. More depends on your own style and preference - lotus is more sharp
Elegance while frivole is blingy feminine.

I agree with @lynne_ross . If you can, a ring will make a bigger impact. I do recognize that the ring may be at a higher price point (depending on which size pendant/necklace you are looking at vs. which ring you may select - if your open to a ring). I also feel having something on the hand/wrist and something on the upper body is a nice balance when choosing to have a 2 piece set as it gives a bit of space between.

I also believe it will depend on which Lotus version you are looking at. The open work Lotus design or the full Lotus design? The open is a bit more subdued compared to the full Lotus.

You're welcome! I know you are looking at WG in particular, but I figured it would still give you an idea. It isn't what you are considering, but I LOVE the pave Frivole in RG with pink sapphire. I have both the necklace and earrings as a set and adore them.

Not too heavy, no. They are substantial but did not bother me for the short time I had them on in the boutique. Thank you about the Plume de Paon! I can really recommend them. They are beautiful mixed with VCA WG or on their own.
