My Chaine d'Ancre bracelet fell off my wrist twice, luckily in the house. I took it to Hermès and they took off 1 link, it never came off again. Bracelets with this type of closure need to be quite tight or they do come undone. I'm sorry this happend to you OP.Not OP but i have the farandole bracelet. I actually got some of the links removed by a jeweler and i feel like the tighter it is, the more secure ( i also prefer bracelets tight bc i hate the feeling of them sliding up and down my wrists). but such a bummer for OP !!

It happened to me but thankfully I have homeowner’s insurance which covered it for me. After that I swore off purchasing any t-lock bracelets.
Couple of years ago I lost an expensive earring. Made myself sick calling places and offering rewards. Never found it. I wish I had that time back that I obsessed over it. Try to move on as quickly as possible.
I'm so sorry to read this. Hope you can somehow find it and that it perhaps fell into your clothes/home/car. Or that you can trace it down/find it on the route you've walked.
If that doesn't work out, I would contact Hermės (you never know what the outcome is, so definitely worth a try), your insurance company and if you paid with cc, I would check if it's still covered under purchase protection.

UPDATE: A new year miracle happened and I’ve been reunited with the bracelet! Apparently it fell off my wrist into a toy bin at PetSmart and a staff found it and called me! What a great human being to return it to me! Thanks everyone for the tips and kind words! Definitely learned my lesson and will be modifying the piece to make it more secure! Happy new year everyone!!!
There is good in the world - I lost my Hermes clutch, Hermes wallet with platinum Amex in it, gold cross, cash, keys, unlimited metro card and drivers lisence on a NYC crosstown M42 bus last month - believe it or not - some angel turned it in to the Port Authority lost and found - all intact - except the cash.
