Lost a tiny diamond on the setting

This is my first diamond ring that I bought long time ago.

After 5 years, the same thing just happened to me. Eventually I will take it in to get fixed. Luckily it was right at the end, so not very noticeable - only to me. We will see how long it takes to drive me crazy

This has been happening to my paved gold hoops. Ive lost a few. Replaced. Had them cleaned shaking where three fell out. Got fixed. Now I lost a stone again. Im so over fixing them but they are beautiful.
