Hello, I bought 2 pairs of Loro Piana Summer Walk Charm loafers; Pearl Powder and Chocolate. I bought both of them from the boutique in Japan. However the stitching on the Pearl Powder is unlike the other shoes. Most shoes are made by double stitchings and the pearl powder is made by single stitch. Is this normal? What do you guys think?
I just ordered the Pearl. I'll have to take a look at that. Strange, but not sure I'm too concerned about it.
Yes. It looks like a single stitch. I was hoping to get the other 2 pairs I ordered so I could compare. But one order got cancelled and the other is taking forever. I'm not a happy camper with Bergdof.
So Bergdof just cancelled my second pair. I've ordered another pair (sunshine yellow) from Saks. Hopefully, that comes and I will compare.

I just looked at my Sandstone pair & mine are double stitched, purchased from NM so they're made for US market.
Hi, I have the Summer Charms loafer in black and I love them. They are very comfortable and chic. I usually wear a 36 for Hermes shoes too, and I found them true to size. They fit snugly at first, but they stretch a bit with wear. I would recommend getting your usual size unless you have very wide feet. Hope this helps!
