In everyone's experience is it better to pre-order and hope you can get this item without it being guaranteed or is it better to wait and see if you can get one when they come in? Just curious on everyone's experiences?

Ditto! I ordered a coussin last year and had pre-ordered it (this was when they first release in March 21) and it seemed like I had to wait 2-3 weeks after the bag released to see if I would get it even though I pre-ordered and I was like hmmmm maybe I should've just waited until the release instead.

Any time I've pre-ordered I've gotten the bag shortly after release. I just don't like playing the "will I get it" game when it comes out and I don't stalk the website. My store (Naples, FL) rarely gets the popular releases for some reason, so looking at it first won't be an option anyway. My SA in store texted me about a month ago with in store pics of that dopey tennis ball speedy that my SA in TX sent me months ago.

I would recommend that you pre-order. I text my CA sometime ago and he told me as soon as he had information he would let me know. He went silent a few months then on Thursday of last week he text me saying he had the bag and if I wanted it then it was mine. I was out of town so I paid and he shipped it to me.
It is a great bag. I actually love it crossbody. No complaints about it at all.

I am a not-zipper bag person. Will my stuff be ok in there, in your opinion? Does it need to be super loaded to slouch?
