Where you buy depends a lot on where you live and the shopping available to you. I found it very helpful to try them on and get an idea of what diamond weight I liked, the metal, the cut of the stones, the settings, the length of the bracelet and of course budget if you have one. It may take a while to find one that suits.

I bought a small one recently from a local jeweller, they had a 4 carat and a 2.5 carat, I went with the 2.5 carat but they still have the 4 carat on hold for me 
Just bought a tennis necklace from a website called Capucelli actually. Came in a good amount of time and the diamond quality was perfect. Hope that helps you!
