You could also wait for the Botkier sale. The designs and quality are right up there, and they have wonderful sales every so often. Some designs go to 50% off.

Delicious bags - how heavy are they?

Not nearly as heavy as MJ or Chloe! I don't think they are overly heavy, but I think it depends on the style. Do a Botkier search and see if you can find someone with the style you like. I had a Clyde, and it wasn't that heavy at all!

I know they had a sale around Valentine's Day and around the Holidays, as well. I think they pop up periodically on sale, elsewhere, as well. I get the email when the sale starts and I'll pm you, if you'd like.

the mm is 1050 @ saks and you can use the 10% off code. The chloe is 1380 @ neiman's. Saks has them too though, just not on the web.

Congrats on your lovely (3 so far ) bags, SHC. Weren't you looking for one that can hold a laptop - which one serves that purpose?

good memory Passerby...yes I was looking for a laptop bag but for a friend of mine. She ended up with a Hayden Harnett hobo bag in moss that doesn't fit the laptop but that she loves so now she's carrying that plus a small fitted laptop bag.

And I did end up buying the Mercer Satchel that many suggested on this Forum. The satchel question was for yet another friend who doesn't want to spend as much. But I agree with all who suggested. It's such a great bag. I'm loving it...now that I'm used to the colour.
