Looking for advice on selling jewelry.....

The jeweler where my stone was purchased has a 70% cash buy back policy or 100% trade in value (for trade up).....I 'll probably never use it, but it seems ok for jewelry.
If I were selling something significant, I'd look into consignment first.

Yes! From a holiday in Istanbul last Nov....loved the elegant treats. Wonderful hospitality....but I imagine you know that.

The store where my ring was purchased offers a 13 cents on the dollar buy-back. Incredibly low for something that you spend so much money on initially...

I don't have much to say here, except - avoid at all cost.... I wish they would inform you when you are buying...
