The Camel and Natural are two different colors. Last year, they had the Camel. This yr, the Natural. I dunno who would talk about the Natural darkening when it just came out.

Yeah you are right- when the sale first started, the natural was referred to as camel, hence the confusion. I too am not sure about the natural anymore, it may be too light so I just grabbed a black in case I want to return the natural. Hopefully, the black does not get cancelled.

I ordered the brown Leather Cuir handbag with the strap from Nordstroms yesterday. I hope the leather is the same as the leather on the Le Pliage black leather tote. I thought the leather on that one was soft and lightweight. I treated it with Cadillac leather conditioner and it looks just beautiful and classic.

never had it out in the rain. you can treat it with water repellant.

I have the black leather Cuir in the large size and the leather Cuir Tote in black, no problems with either in wet weather. However, I do treat ALL of my bags with Apple Guard Rain & Stain Repellent before first use.

Ooh, how much was it on sale? My parents were thinking of going to Paris this year for their anniversary, and I might ask her to pick the same one up for me. With the tax refund, it will cost about $430. If I can get it cheaper here in the states I might as well wait for the next sale…!
