Brilliant idea with the 3D leather strap. @SmokieDragon had been tempting me with her black croco. I've been thinking to use my Foulonne WOC chain strap with it too.... if I do get one.
I think if the mini SH LPs work for you, this style shouldn't be an issue. You are fine with smaller handheld bags, you love white, you enjoy the croco print and now you have multiple strap options to wear it. I hope it is a keeper for you. Can't wait to hear your thoughts about it!

Finally saw one of these babies but in black. I would use it as a handheld vs a crossbody because the leather seems a bit delicate (translation: scratches easily). Hoping the others can weigh in.

I received my Mini Pliage Cuir from Nordstrom and unfortunately I'll be returning it because of some small flaws on the front of the bag. Normally I'm not that uptight about expecting perfection with my Longchamp bags, but I think one raised bump that's dead center will bug me. Not sure if these are natural imperfections in the leather hide or a manufacturing issue. Since it's a white bag, the flaws seem especially noticeable, particularly outside in the sunlight, and they are more noticeable IRL than in the pics. I haven't decided whether to reorder it.

It's a tiny bag but holds a lot, including mini umbrella, sunglasses, small wallet, phone, etc. The leather seems sturdy and not particularly scratch-prone to me.
