I haven’t used the lemur bag yet! Looking forward to when I can use it.Haha, I just took the photo @runtywendo provided and wrote my numbers in it. 😅 Gave me a reason to play with the bag. Haven‘t had the chance to use it yet. Have you already wore yours?

Thanks to this thread for enabling this recent purchase! I've been looking for a designer tote with all my desired specs- sufficient handle drop, double handle, lightweight, right size- plus, I love anything with animals on it. This bag came so beautifully packaged, it was the most luxe experience I've had in a while, even though at home.

Finally had a chance to measure the bag - do note for 2 and 3 I’ve measured from the outside (with the bulge of the bag) and from the inside of the bag (which I reckon is the “true” measurement of the size of the bag at that position):
1 - 51cm
2 - 20cm (with bulge) / 13cm
3 - 30cm (with bulge) / 23cm
4 - 31cm
5 - 12cm

Also eating my words about the Lemur XL puzzle tote - we went down again today as our SA is finally back (she sadly lost her father suddenly as he passed in his sleep 
) to pass her a small Christmas gift. She demoed a way to reduce the size of the bag (essentially pushing in the sides which can be then secured with a clip or similar, turning it into a giant hammock tote of sorts). My partner then decided to pull the trigger, though the bag is really sized way too big to be a daily carry and likely will only work as a travel bag.
The embroidered lemurs are really cute though, and if you hold the tote in its slimmed down format you can technically not show the lemurs at all (though it then just looks like a featureless tote bag).

I am relatively new to the brand but am obsessed with all things Loewe. Just got the strap in black to go with my black flamenco. I love that Loewe does so much in silver hardware.

Spied a jewellery box today in store but was shocked at how badly the leather cover was glazed - or it could have been a flaw in the leather itself. But this would not have been acceptable to me to put on sale.
I agree. Loewe QA needs to step up and not allow these to go through. If it was damaged in transit, then the store needs to check before displaying.
I've seen a couple panda ones now and the dark green leather is worse. SoCal had one where you could visibly see the actual stroke marks made to stretch the leather into the dome shape, and the lip was just as wonky as your penguin one. At least the white leather can hide that pulling effort... but definitely a misfire and wouldn't be surprised if a lot of them would fail QC.
