Been using the brushed suede puzzle tote this week for work and my goodness the bag SHEDS LIKE CRAZY. My shirt is covered with brown bits every time I shoulder carry the puzzle tote. It's really really annoying!! I hope the shedding will reduce or cease once the bag is used a bit more, but I cannot imagine how frustrated I would feel if I paid full price for this.

An update on this - I brought the tote as my daily carry for my work trip this week and it was a huge mistake. The bag constantly shed all over my clothes, and worse the panel that’s touching my body had become matted and really quite ugly, and to add insult to injury the tartan print on that panel has become obscured/faded too. I was irate enough to write in to Loewe customer care to make a complaint (I reckoned 24S and Loewe being both in LVMH would help to simplify things), and they told me to bring the tote into the store for assessment. Our SA was quite shocked by the condition of the bag after just one week but she also suggested that I speak to 24S directly to obtain a refund or seek recourse rather than to go through the in house assessment team I was actually quite irritated by this suggestion and I think I let my annoyance show a bit - I pointedly told our SA that this did not match the instructions from client services, and that I am going to insist that the bag be submitted to the assessment team, so that they can give me a black and white to facilitate returns. So now the bag is sitting with my SA.

Loewe came through and informed me that they will contact 24S to issue a full refund for the bag. No update from 24S yet but it will happen sooner than later hopefully.
