Just signed up with Rakuten (it’ll be my first time to purchase through them). Where can I check if it’s 15% or 25% cashback? Thank you!
When I go to the retailer's site, if they are affiliated with Rakuten, the Rakuten alert shows on the upper right of your screen, prompting you to activate the cash back. It shows you the percentage of cash back with that prompt.
Still nothing, 8 days in. When I check it says expected delivery next Monday the 31 but still hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped.
Yikes - I checked my order confirmation email again, and there I saw the blurb about my item possibly shipping from a store. I'll give it until early next week before I contact their customer service. I hope your bag ships very soon. Thank you for your update.
Mine hasn’t shipped either. I did the text message customer service and they said my order was fulfilled but hasn’t shipped.
My medium black Puzzle shipped yesterday, and should arrive Monday. I'm not sure if it shipped from a store, or perhaps they were awaiting inventory from Loewe. I would imagine yours will ship soon.

Just checked and you're right: The Matches offer is not under AMEX Platinum Offers any more.
Rakuten has 2% cash back for Matches.
My Rakuten cash back at BG increased to 15% today, so the small puzzle with the 15% off welcome coupon ended up $2350 before tax!
