I recently purchased a preloved small Loewe puzzle which needs some work. I was planning to get the edging redone in many places and the leather that holds the top handle to the bag repaired. I don't know how long redone redoing will last but I got quotes from 3 places. Does anyone have experience with any of them? It seems they mostly specialize in LV and Chanel so I'd love to know of any Loewe specific experiences.
Leather surgeons, Cobbler concierge (Jim's shoe repair), and Rago Brothers
 
That was my first thought but I read they only take repairs if you purchases the bag there. The closest store is 2 1/2 hours away too, but maybe it's worth a call.
You can mail it to the closest store but don’t use USPS! I did and they misplaced my bag which was found and returned to me eventually, but it was quite a scare. Definitely call first because I think they require proof of purchase from an authorized Loewe dealer.
 
I tried emailing Loewe customer service with pictures but haven't heard anything so I'll try calling a store location tomorrow. Can't hurt to try although I don't have high hopes since I bought it preloved. Thanks for sharing experiences with repairs!

It takes them “a minute“ to respond. I think when I reached out I heard back about a week later!

Wanted to follow along here as I'm in a similar situation and see if there was any update. I had reached out to my SA that I've worked with and she submitted my request to after sales service so I'm waiting for a response.

I never heard back from Loewe but I also didn't make any calls to a specific store yet. I haven't moved forward with any repairs yet as I'm thinking I may just live with how the bag is for now. I should really make a call to a Loewe store and it's on my list of things to do.
