It’s normal. That’s where an artery or vein existed in the animal where the leather came from. It’s an expensive bag so if you’re not happy, exchange or return it.I got my new hammock pebble grain from local Loewe store today. Got home n inspect it again and saw that there are 2 obvious line running down the front of the bag. Is it normal? Or shld I return??

It’s smoother, stiffer and holds its shape better. Whether you like it or not depends on how you like the puzzle, smooshy or structured. Also, as it’s smoother than the classic or grained leather, it will get scratched more easily.i noticed puzzles (and other bags) come in satin leather now- can anyone that has seen it or own any of the satin leather bags explain how it's different? TIA![]()
Tbh I don’t like it as much as Loewe’s other leathers. It doesn’t feel soft and supple like their nappa, smooth calfskins, or grained calfskins. It feels too hard and stiff for my liking.i noticed puzzles (and other bags) come in satin leather now- can anyone that has seen it or own any of the satin leather bags explain how it's different? Both classic and grained are soft and slouchy, especially after some use. The classic is less matte feeling though, so you might prefer thatLooking to get my first Puzzle bag and want it to be as soft and supple (slouchy) as possible - what leather type should get get please?
I had the same issue with my white soft grain Hammock, and it bothered me, so I sold it, and regretted it ever sinceI got my new hammock pebble grain from local Loewe store today. I like the leather in general, tested a Puzzle in a boutique, it still slouches, no problem, but as many others have pointed out, it will scratch insanely easy. So if you're planning on using it only occasionally, great, but for everyday use I'd go with classic or grained version. However, my feeling was that the grained leather made Puzzles very stiff and inflexible. Maybe just my impression. You'd be safest with classic calfskin, I think. But if you baby your bags, then satin calfskin might be okay, I actually really loved a small classic Puzzle in that leather that I saw in the boutique in Lisbon.i noticed puzzles (and other bags) come in satin leather now- can anyone that has seen it or own any of the satin leather bags explain how it's different?
