Hi,
The online store has some great exclusives and always wondered what it is like to purchase from them, and how they are with returns if you don't like it. If you purchased direct from the online store please share what it was like.
Thanks!

I have made every Loewe purchase online (~5-6 items) and submitted one return this way in the past, as well. For my return, I believe I had to contact customer service to have a return label emailed to me, and I received my refund within a week or so of the item getting back to Loewe.
I find when I shop online, I receive my item within 3-4 business days via DHL Express. They have always required a signature and never left a box unattended at my home.

Thanks for the info! I’m glad you had a good experience with them

Ordering online has been fine with Loewe, I’m in the UK and delivery is normally within 2-3 days from Europe.
With returns as someone mentioned you have to email to request it and then a day or two later they will send you the returns label and the date it will be collected. I personally didn’t like this as we don’t have a printer at home and am only in the office a couple days a week, so when they sent a returns label with ‘it’s being collected tomorrow’ I had to contact them to get the date moved etc. They were quite quick to respond and get it rebooked though.

I’m in western Canada, I’ve only just ordered from Loewe.com. I ordered a sale puzzle hobo on the 13th and I have not received shipping info yet. I assume it is because of my location. Their site says it might take up to 7 business days for shipping. It’s definitely taking longer than when I order from 24S or other European retailers.

I was looking at the sale items also but was hesitant. I usually only order from department stores. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I hope you get your order soon!

I'm in Hong Kong. I've ordered and returned quite a lot. Delivery is fast and returns have been smooth. At first I thought you had to call them, which I didn't like because I hate talking on the phone. Also, I'd be emailed a returns label and a day for the DHL pickup, which always happened while I was at work, so I then had to contact them to rearrange it. Then I realised I can just go to my order on the website and click to do a return that way. I can start the return and print the label while at work. Then I think you have five days to contact DHL for the actual pick up. I just go to the DHL website and put in the waybill number found on the returns label, and I can set pick up within half an hour. The last time I did it I think I "applied" for pick up around 8pm, and the slot for pick up was 8.30-10pm. Of course, I am in urban Hong Kong and life is pretty "24 hours" here; it may be different where you live.

I recently ordered an item online from Loewe and wasn't impressed with their swiftness. I ordered on 16 April and did not receive my items until 28 April well over their estimated 2-7 business days and I wasn't able to track my items nor was I informed about a delay or ever given a reason for the delay. Their Customer Service contact was very nice and helpful but I had to get in touch with them when the 7 business days came and went, I would have expected a company like this to get in touch with me. Luckily the items that I order were fairly low in value (bag charms) but I still found the experience stressful, had I ordered something at a higher price point like a bag I would have been very upset. The experience left me not wanting to order anything from them again unless it was something quite small in value once more - I would prefer to buy a Loewe bag from their London boutique in person (they are brilliant) and if I did want to order something online by Loewe would use their other UK sites such as Harrods or Selfridges who both provide really excellent online experiences and offer very fast delivery.

Thank you all. This was the feeling I was getting when researching their website. It sounds like online customer service needs to be improved and really we all don't need more stress in our lives. When making a big purchase, good customer service is expected.

I'm in the US, and have placed two orders on the Loewe website. Both orders went smoothly, delivery fast, and the items packaged beautifully. For the first order, I purchased the same shoes in two different sizes, knowing one pair would be returned. The return process was easy, and I received a refund about a week after sending the shoes back.

I ordered one of the puzzle hobo bag's that's on sale from the Loewe website. I live in the US and placed my order on Monday and it arrived today from Madrid in perfect condition. I was pleased with my first online purchase!
