I have made every Loewe purchase online (~5-6 items) and submitted one return this way in the past, as well. For my return, I believe I had to contact customer service to have a return label emailed to me, and I received my refund within a week or so of the item getting back to Loewe.Hi,

I find when I shop online, I receive my item within 3-4 business days via DHL Express. They have always required a signature and never left a box unattended at my home.

For the first order, I purchased the same shoes in two different sizes, knowing one pair would be returned.
