I already own a Lockme II and I have to say I use it all the time and never had any problems...this leather is sort of grained so I think it is quite durable...In any case I will report if anything happens with this bag which is so beautiful to me!!Please let us know how durable you find the leather! I love this bag so much but someone else posted pictures that it scratched and chipped really easily and it scared me![]()
I see you've posted about a month ago. How do you like it so far? Any color transfer issues?I'm in with this beauty from mother's day View attachment 4068810
I have the bigger My Lockme and I've had it for about 8 months now in Noir. It has been through rain and snow and lots of use. I cannot recommend using it like this, but you can at your own risk. As for my bag, the leather has held up really nicely. The only thing I noticed is that upon very close inspection the corners have the slightest worn look. That's it. It otherwise still looks brand new.Hi, just seeking some info please. Seriously loving the new Mylockme BB but I don't have any experience with calf leather... Is it prone to scratches? Can it be used as an everyday bag ? Do you have to baby this bag? Any advice will be appreciated.
Thank you, this is awesome to hear. My SA mentioned that calf leather is more sensitive and I wasn't sure how much I would need to baby the bag...corner wear is inevitable with any bag and material, so not too fussed about that. Seriously love the Lockme range and hope to get something in this range in the future.I have the bigger My Lockme and I've had it for about 8 months now in Noir. I'm not using it right now because I'm using light colored bags right now, but I did use it as an everyday bag, especially in the winter and spring. I LOVE this bag so much. I think if you are thinking about getting the bb version, you can't go wrong imo.Thank you, this is awesome to hear.
